Samenvatting
In dit baanbrekende boek 'Practical Intelligence' zet Albrecht de volgende stap (na zijn vorige bestseller 'Social Intelligence') en legt uit hoe praktische intelligentie (PI) als een van de belangrijkste levensvaardigheden wordt gekwalificeerd en biedt een conceptuele structuur voor het definiëren en beschrijven van gezond verstand.
Middels 'Practical Intelligence' verklaart Albrecht dat mensen met praktische intelligentie;
- taalvaardigheden ontwikkelen;
- betere beslissingen maken;
- denken in termen van kansen en mogelijkheden;
- ambiguïteit en complexiteit omarmen;
- problemen duidelijk beschrijven en werken door oplossingen;
- originele ideeën hebben en de ideeën van anderen beïnvloeden.
